Lucknow: The second edition of the International Trade Show, set to take place in Greater Noida from Sep 25 to 29, will highlight the use of advanced agricultural practices in UP.
A govt spokesperson said the trade show would serve as a platform for farmers as well as manufacturers of agricultural equipment, seeds and chemicals to showcase their produce.Visitors will be introduced to the latest advancements in agricultural technology and practices being used in UP.
“A dedicated 1,000 sqm area has been allotted to the agriculture department at the trade show. Participants will include representatives from agriculture, agricultural education, and related institutions, as well as mandi parishad-directorate of agricultural marketing. Companies producing agricultural equipment, fertilisers, seeds and plant protection chemicals will also take part in the event,” he said.
More than 24 farmer producer organisations will participate in the event. Renowned firms such as Syngenta, Dayal Biotech, Omkar Agri Global Private Limited, IFFCO, KRIBHCO, Indian Potash Limited, and Kaveri Seeds Pvt Ltd will showcase their products and innovations.
