Forum commends Aiyedatiwa on agric reforms

A socio-political group, the Ondo Progressive Forum (OPF) has commended the Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa for taking various steps to develop and improve the lives of farmers and investors in the state.

The group who made this commendation in a communiqué issued and signed by the group’s convener, Hon. Oluwaseyi Ibrahim, reiterated the group’s support for the governor’s re-election beyond 2025.

Ibrahim who highlighted the numerous developmental projects and policies implemented over the past eight months by the governor, expressed optimism that Aiyedatiwa can do more to change the fortune of the state

The group also expressed gratitude for the Governor’s appointment of reputable firms as consultants to manage the affairs of farmers in the State.

“The Governor appointed God Lovely Nigeria Enterprise to liaise with farmers and the government, ensuring a smooth relationship between the two.

“God Lovely Nigeria Enterprise has been tasked with the responsibility of organising and orientating farmers, as well as liaising with the Ministry of Agriculture, while Osatua Dynamic Ventures has been given the responsibility of collecting forestry revenue.

“We thank Mr. Governor for these historic steps and we are confident that all stakeholders will rally around him to achieve his ambition in the forthcoming governorship election.”

The group reiterated their support for the aspirations of Governor Aiyedatiwa in the upcoming gubernatorial election in the State, providing several reasons why the masses should support the Governor’s ambitions.

They also urged farmers across the State to adhere to the directives of God Lovely Nigeria Enterprise, as it is the only consultant engaged by the government to liaise with farmers.
