Kathmandu, September 28 — The Office of the Dean at the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science, Tribhuvan University, has announced that the entrance examination scheduled for today has been postponed to Ashoj 17 (October 3).
The exam was delayed due to heavy rainfall, which prevented students from reaching the exam locations.
Dean Dr. Kishor Chandra Dahal confirmed that the postponed entrance examination for the Bachelor’s programs in Agriculture, Horticulture, and Veterinary Science will now take place on October 3 at the Nepal Army Institute of Agricultural Science in Sano Bharyang.
Information regarding admissions will be published after the examination, Dahal added.
Students heading to Kathmandu for the exam have been stranded on the Narayangadh-Mugling road section due to landslides blocking the route.
The government has also decided to postpone all examinations immediately, leading to the suspension of all scheduled tests.
