Aryan Khan, a graduate of the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts, has ventured into both fashion and filmmaking. Recently, he made headlines with his purchase of two floors in a building located in Delhi’s prestigious Panchsheel Park. The transaction, valued at Rs 37 crore, was finalized in May 2024 and included a stamp duty payment of Rs 2.64 crore, as reported by the Times of India. Interestingly, the building already houses Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan’s residence, who own the basement and ground floor.

Shah Rukh Khan himself owns a sprawling 27,000-square-foot bungalow in Panchsheel Park, which he acquired in 2001 for over Rs 13 crore, as per Business Today.

Suhana Khan’s Acquisitions

Suhana Khan, poised to make her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar’s “The Archies,” has also been active in the real estate market. In June 2023, she purchased a 1.5-acre farm in Alibaug’s Thal village for Rs 12.91 crore, according to an Indian Express report. This property holds sentimental value as her father also owns a lavish estate in the same area. Expanding her portfolio further, Suhana acquired another agricultural parcel in Thal village in February 2024. This new acquisition, spanning 78,361 square feet, was purchased for Rs 9.50 crore, with additional payments of Rs 57 lakh for stamp duty and Rs 30,000 for registration, as detailed by Money Control.
