Air India Express has announced a limited-time “Flash Sale” today, offering special fares starting from just ₹1,037.
The sale is applicable on bookings made via the airline’s official website and mobile app.
It will run until August 25 and is valid for travel between August 26 and October 24.
The discounted rates cover all of the airline’s domestic routes, across its network of 32 destinations within India.
A boon for budget travelers
The Xpress Lite fares, exclusive to bookings made on airindiaexpress.com, include zero check-in baggage fees.
Travelers can pre-book an additional 3kg of cabin baggage at no extra cost.
They also offer lowered check-in baggage fees of ₹1,000 for 15kg on domestic flights and ₹1,300 for 20kg on international flights.
This initiative is designed to make air travel more affordable for budget-conscious passengers.
Loyalty program offers additional benefits
Air India Express’s loyalty program members can enjoy extra discounts and earn up to 8% NeuCoins on the airline’s website.
They also have access to exclusive deals such as up to 47% off on business and prime seats, beverages, ‘Gourmair’ hot meals, and add-on packs.
This initiative aims to reward frequent flyers with significant savings and enhanced travel experiences.
Special discounts for select groups
In addition to loyalty program members, certain groups can also avail special discounted fares via the airline’s website. These include students, SMEs, senior citizens, doctors, nurses, and members of the armed forces along with their dependents.
Enhanced travel experience with Xpress Biz fares
Air India Express is offering Xpress Biz fares on its new Boeing 737-8 aircraft, providing a business class experience.
Passengers can upgrade to business class seats for a premium travel experience, with a seat pitch of up to 58-inch.
The airline has been rapidly expanding its fleet by almost four new aircraft monthly, and has introduced business seats in over 30 new aircraft since its brand relaunch in October 2023.
