Love them or hate them, wind turbines have become part of the landscape across the UK

You report folk enthusing about the beauty of 459ft wind turbines on a new boat tour of Rampion wind farm, eight miles off Brighton (News, last week). Would they like 820ft wind turbines to be erected across the South Downs? There are plans to dump 400 of these monsters all over our unspoilt Welsh hills — to power English cities. Why are these leviathans not in England?
